What is your refund policy?

What's included with the lifetime license?
Lifetime licenses include the current version plus free updates for one year. After that, the software continues to work but updates require renewal or subscription.
Can I transfer my license to another person?
Licenses are non-transferable. However, if you need to change the registered user, please contact us and we'll assist you.
Do I need an internet connection to use the software?
Initial activation requires internet connection. After activation, most features work offline (except Gantt Chart Editor which requires periodic online sync).
